Ok, those readings are in cubic metres of gas, so between 2/11 and 28/11 your smart reading says you used 20 cubic metres of gas, or an average of 0.77 m3 per day. You submitted a reading of 43 on 10/12 so between 28/11 and 10/12 you used 13m3 or an average of 0.87 m3 per day. As the weather turned colder, I would expect to see the increase due to your heating working harder.
So the readings themselves look sensible to me.
The conversion from m3 to kWh is approximately 11.2, so your gas costs would be roughly £23 plus standing charges for the first period and roughly £15 plus standing charges for the second period.
So, those figures on your bill appear vastly wrong. The readings seem sensible, but the money is way out of whack. Have you actually been billed. Download your full pdf bills and see if they give more clarity on the calculations, but something here is very wrong!

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
