Hi the post letters i receive from you guys shows the wrong surname, My account details page show the correct name though. Could you update this please so my letters also show the correct name?

I'm sorry to hear about this - it was myself that updated the name on your account to the correct spelling/format on 12th November. Have you received a letter dated after or before this date?
If the letter is dated before this, the name will still be incorrect. I'm not sure how a letter after this date could be sent with the incorrect details on after we've changed this, so please also let me know what the letter you've received is in relation to (as this may not have been printed and sent from your account, and potentially elsewhere where we may also need to get your details updated)
