Hi. Has anyone else not gotten their December £67 yet? Everyone I know has got theirs and seems on here it was sent on the 2nd so wondering why I don't have mine?

The energy companies have guidelines from the government saying they should seek to have the vouchers received within 11 working days of the start of the month. With the Royal Mail strikes and resulting backlogs I wouldn't be too worried just yet. I'm not sure where the posting date of the 2nd has been posted on here but again, with Christmas mail and strikes, delays can be expected. I hope you get it soon.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

My apologies. These issues of delays are mostly to do with vouchers. I have just checked my account and as you say, the payment was credited on the 2nd. Was your payment for November received by this stage of the month? Mine was received on 1st Nov.

That does seem odd. Mine is showing up under transactions and on my recent bill. Hopefully some others will post their current situation so we can see if your case is an isolated one. You could try customer service but unless you phone them and join the queue it could be many days before you hear anything.
Likely it's arrived and credited to your account, but the app and website are definitely playing silly beggars at the moment.
