I've noticed recently that a view of my FIT bills are available online now. Great! I thought, but when I actually click on 'download' to view them, a new window opens to a blank screen.

The website can be glitchy at present and other links like requesting a smart meter just go to a blank page too. I don't have FIT but just managed to access my normal statements in my online account. I use Chrome as a browser. Have you tried using the app? Sometimes one route works whilst another doesn't,
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
@JoeSoap I did think of trying another browser like Chrome. I tried the iOS app which took me to the web (using Safari) and got the same result. Will try Chrome next...
