Ok, as you have had nowt so far, and should have had at least one for October (a lot of November ones seem to be a bit tardy), in the first instance I would drop an email to hi@eonnext.com with the subject 'Missing PAYG vouchers' and your full details (including the flat number) and account number and just keep chipping away at them. Might also be worth checking they haven't credited the money to your gas account. Not likely, but might be worth a look just on the off-chance.

@DeniseCunningham I've popped you a DM but just to let you know that I've had a quick look for you and can see that a complaint is open for you and has been updated today and escalated for you today at 11.38am so this is being looked at, I can also see that your November voucher has been allocated to you which means it is on its way to you so the good news is that your address details are correct and it has been allocated to the correct account, it's just a case of waiting for the vouchers to arrive.
If we can't locate your October voucher this will be re issued for you and can take up to two weeks, as it's been escalated this should already be in the process of being done for you. I imagine that they will also chase up your November payment as well and perhaps re issue the two at the same time 😊

I have an old style prepayment meter for electricity & pay DD for gas - this was the set up when I moved in, so left it as is.
I do have an online account & noticed about a month ago that my address was missing my Flat number.....called them & was assured that the database has full address details. I asked her to add flat number onto online account, which she did.....still not received vouchers though😔
@DeniseCunningham Anasa here 👋 I'm sorry to hear that you've not had your voucher, your mentioned that a complaint has been raised have you been given a time scale or any info on what the next steps are? If you could pop me a DM I can see what stages your complaint is at, sounds like you've done everything you need to to get the ball rolling.
