I'm sorry to hear that you're no further forward with your vouchers not arriving just yet and your complaint is still ongoing with customer services π
We're currently looking into
potentially sending those who are on prepayment and have a valid email address on their account, their vouchers via email (this isn't as straightforward as it sounds, so this is still being looked at right now) as ongoing postal strikes are affecting this more than we'd originally anticipated.
Your December voucher could arrive at any point up to 21st December, and we can see that this one has been sent out recently (on the 5th) - this still doesn't explain what has happened to your October and November voucher, so I'm going to have a further look into this for you to see if I can find out what's going on.
It may take me a few days to be able to get hold of the right people so we can get this chased up for you as soon as possible, so please do bear with me, I know how frustrating it will be having to wait for answers on this so I will find out what I can, as soon as I can!
