@Anasa_EONNext hi I’m still waiting for the voucher to arrive. Thank you for your help. I’ve not seen anything about a better a process but I’m glad you are working on something to get them out faster.
@TeaAndTattoos You are welcome, it may only be a temporary measure but it will help with the back log especially over the winter period when vouchers are needed the most, if you can pop me over your account details via DM I can check to see what date the voucher was sent to give you a little indication of when you may expect it or at least know when to consider that it maybe lost so we can work out the best way forward for you 😊
@Anasa_EONNext a temporary measure is better than nothing at the minute and I think it would help while Royal Mail are on strike. I will message you now. Thank you so much for your help.
