And the one's responsible for tormenting innocent postmasters over alleged discrepancies in their accounts due to dodgy accounting software. That none of those PUBLIC SERVANTS responsible have faced the courts is an absolute disgrace.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
A very good friend of mine was a sub-postmaster in Southampton. When I say 'was'...
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Royal Mail vans round here have 'Post Brenhinol' on 'em, and I'm easily confused.
Yes I've seen them. I have memories of something like 'Swythfar Post' on the vans in Wales 50 years ago but maybe it was a dream as an internet search reveals nothing.
Edit... Swythfar means convenience store so I must have seen it written on the signs above the Post Office... not the vans.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Not far out. Swyddfa Bost is an actual 'Post Office', so that was probably exactly what 'Jones The Post' would have had on the side of the Morris van, back in the day.
Bost, rather than Post...Welsh has odd 'mutations'. A local village not to far away is called Pontrhydfendigaid (Bridge of Saints). Shortened to 'Bont'.
I'm also not too far from Llanddewi Breifi. Little Britain fans keep pinching the village signs, and even I have to admit to going into the New Inn and asking for 'A rum and Coke please, Myfanwy' once or twice. I hasten to add, I didn't actually mince up to the bar in tight rubber shorts...
If only...although Digital Communications (Whats App, Twitter and Faceache) don't appear to have made Customer Services any more streamlined, some days.
