Brilliant, isn't it?! That's why my company prohibits the use of What's App for any business-related communications with our clients.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -

… your electric may have been moved to Next Flex as it is cheaper for you at present. If Next Flex becomes dearer than your fix in April then you will move back to your fix until it ends. They’ve tried to ensure all customers pay no more than the EPG rates so it may be best to stick where you are.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -

Head of Community21-11-22Glad you got your answer @ChippyAft and thanks to those helping out, what's that saying about waiting for an answer and 3 come along at once?! Very odd Whatsapp messages to begin with though, I've found the chat and will reach out to Aadil to check everything's working as it should, we really should only be saying hello once!
