I just wanted to shout out that📣 we've reached 20,000 posts! A short while ago @DebF_EONNext posted about hitting 15,000 and set the challenge to see if we'd reach 20,000 by Christmas and here we are!
It has been a bit of a whirl wind 🌪 as so much has gone on! We wouldn't be where we are today without you lovely forum members all helping each other out and working together to make the Community a great place to be full of knowledge and friendly banter.
I think introducing the Service updates was a great idea as it keeps you all in the loop with any issues that are ongoing, issues that have been resolved or…
The Warm home discount scheme 2022/23 has recently been announced and is still a hot topic as we're seeing a few more questions about it, we've had some great discussions Warm Home Discount scheme 2022/23
We've introduced the lovely Martina and Beth to help with any questions about Small Business's there's a lot of useful information over there and some tips around saving energy and Smart Metersâš¡
My personal favourite has to be the introduction of the Water Cooler in the Community Comrade Corner as with most things the forum has been a working progress and we've welcomed any feedback both positive and negative to help make this place THE place to be if you need help, need to vent or a little confused and want to share your experience and I think this has been a great addition the forum and has been great knowing who you are working a long side each day and we can be alerted quickly to anything that may need our urgent attention.
I wonder how many posts we will have by Christmas?🎄anyone want to have a little guess?

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
@Jayp You are right we are getting busier and The Community is a great place to bridge the gap, there is so much knowledge and useful information on here to help customers get their query resolved or prep them to get the quickest resolution if they have to reach out to one of our Digi Energy Specialist. 😊
