I'm from Ukraine, I don't speak English well. We got the housing we live in now. And we can't pay for utilities because we don't have an e.on account. We don't speak English well. How do we register for payment? Thank you.
You need to make sure you have meter readings from when you moved in. You will also need your full name and address.
You will then need to email
hi@eonnext.com with:
Your name
Phone number
Email address to contact you on
Address you're moving into
The date you moved in
Move-in meter readings
It might take a while to hear back, but that should do the job. If you are having problems, let us know and we will try to help.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Будь ласка, додайте це до перекладу, якщо вам потрібно 😁
What you would need to do is give us a call on: 0808 501 5200. Armed with the resources that @retrotecchie has explained:
- Your name
- Your address
- Phone number
- Email address
- When you moved in & the meter readings.
And the advisor will be able to move you into an account 😊.
If language does become a problem or perhaps you feel more comfortable speaking another language from the get go it will be best for you to ask for an interpretator at the beginning of the call. Then, our lovely advisor will put you on hold and you will be greeted with an interpreter that can take things from here. We don't unfortunately have an interpreter for Ukranian; but we do have an option for Russian if that may make things better for you. We have the following languages avaliable to translate: Polish, Romanian, Arabic, Urdu, Mandarin, Punjabi, Spanish, Portuguese, Bengali, Turkish, Somali, Italian, Slovak, Russian, Hindi, Farsi & Hungarian
