@retrotecchie I've been having a little look around and we had this last year and the work around was for the customer to contact us and we can apply for them, when you apply online you need to apply through the electric account or if you have duel fuel both accounts need to be on the one account so this could be the issue, @Traceymcg and @caz31111. Although it looks like an error I think there is a specific way to apply for it not to take you back to that log in page, it's not very straight forward I must admit so I have flagged it up.

I'm not sure why you are getting the error.. if you are in England or Wales you won't need to apply so would make sense if you got the error if you were from Scotland as if you think your're in the Broader group you have to apply.. are you still getting the error this morning? If so please get in touch with one of our Digi Energy Specialist with a screen shot of the error and your account details and we'll pass them over to the Tech team 😊
