I'm not sure why you are getting the error.. if you are in England or Wales you won't need to apply so would make sense if you got the error if you were from Scotland as if you think your're in the Broader group you have to apply.. are you still getting the error this morning? If so please get in touch with one of our Digi Energy Specialist with a screen shot of the error and your account details and we'll pass them over to the Tech team 😊

@caz31111 is in Scotland, and will need to apply. The problem is that, as of midnight last night, the link on the E.On website she needs to use to apply was not working properly. I tested this myself, on their behalf, and the link is incorrect. It just sends people back into their login page.
When i log in it says apply for warmhome discount but when i sign in it takes me to my gas bills not my electricity to apply for the warm home discount 🤦♀️ Iv managed to do other peoples with different suppliers just Eon that’s getting on my nerves 😟
