@retrotecchie that’s not correct the link comes up for me to apply for the warm home discount with Eon but the reason i can’t do it is because it’s taking me to my gas account my daughter only has electricity with Eon and hers worked straight away following the same link as i have
Ok, they have put a link up. I tried it and it just takes me back into the login page, even if I'm already logged in.
I'll shout @PeterT_EONNext and @Beki_EONNext and see if they know what gives. May be a browser issue, perhaps.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
@retrotecchie Evening! which link is it that you're using? Is on the the Website? There is no need to apply for the Warm Home Discount anymore - your supplier will automatically apply the discount to your bill if you are eligible. To find out whether you qualify, you can call the government Warm Home Discount phone line on 0800 731 0214between 14 November 2022 and 31 March 2023. 😊

I'm not sure why it's doing that but I added to the post above that this year we are doing it a bit differently and you don't need to actually apply so thats maybe why the link isn't working.. but it should not be on the site or at least explained a little better.. so I'll have a word and see what's going on 😊
Yes and when you press apply now it takes us back into our account then once your pressed to get back to this it’s doing the same again and again that’s why 🤷🏿♀️

I'm just trying to figure out why the others are struggling.
When I press apply now it’s taking me back to the menu and when I find the warm home discount apply now button it’s taking me back to my main account ect ect other people are saying the same thing
