Do you have all the correct details in your on-line account and/or in the app?
Are both your utilities, leccy and gas, with E.On Next?
Do you have conventional key/card meters or Smart Pay As You Go?
If your meters are smart ones, the credit would have been applied automatically with no need for a voucher.

Righty ho, so it seems you should be sorted then, but perhaps you are one of the few customers who haven't had the vouchers due to some glitch somewhere.
I'm just the unofficial tea-boy round here, but I'll ask @Bennie_EONNext if she can have a look for you to see if there's anything that can be done to chase this up for you.
She'll more than likely pop a response in here, and possibly send you a direct message. Failing that, she'll find out who she needs to prod, and get them to respond to you. Hang in there, and someone will be along, I'm sure.
