I've had a look @AA2022 and can see that an agent picked up your query and then asked for you to confirm your account details and name and address however we have had some issues with WhatsApp and now it's off line so won't be able to reply back or get a response via that channel, the best way would be to give us a call, we'll re order your October voucher for you.😊
