I've been with E-On Next now for a couple of years, I pay by DD and submit my reading every month. I was informed that my bill for Aug-Sept would be my final bill (why) and that I was in credit which would be paid into my bank account by the end of Sept. (It was)
It's impossible to get through on the phone so I have sent several emails about this matter but no reply. I have now had my Sept-Nov bill, I have had no DD payments debited or the no monthly energy payments credited to my bills for Oct and Nov.
Hi there. Not sure what's happened here but it sounds like an admin glitch somewhere in the system. Nothing I can do to help you I'm afraid as I'm just the tea boy and sweeper-upper, but I'll give @Han_EONNext a shout and see if she might be able to look into this for you.

Ah that must be annoying! Sometimes a final bill can be sent to you because someone has incorrectly switched your supply or have moved you out of the account.
For example: you live at number 1. Number 2 wants to switch suppliers - but they accidently say they live at number 1. This means that you have incorrectly been moved out/switched hence why you would get a final bill!
Please do not worry and I am sure there is an explanation for what has happened.
When did you contact us? I do understand how frustrating it can be to not get a response shortly after you make contact - I really do get that! At the moment we have business wide delayes but our CS agents are working as fast as they can.

Hi thanks for the reply its nice to know that someone is there, I have been having problems with my account since Sept with regular emails back and forward but after credit in my account was returned to me on the 13th Sept I have heard nothing since. My address and account details havent changed for the last 7 years.
