It is so frustrating having to go through so many hoops for so called Smart Technology to work as intended, and which continues to be so heavily promoted. My IHD at the moment is as much use as a chocolate teapot.
IHD showing wrong gas tariff

My Smart Meters In-House-Display is showing the wrong tariff for gas; still showing old rates from Next Online v 7 which ended 1 October 2022. Electricity rates are fine, having eventually updated last week. Can someone please arrange to queue an update tariff demand?

I’m afraid you will have to contact customer service to request an update. I used WhatsApp which took two weeks to get a conversation going after the initial response.
