They actually want me to fill in a survey to say how wonderful Eon are so as to put it on Trust Pilot If they wish me to do a survey. Eon will have to pay me. They won't give me power for nothing why should I give them my opinion for nothing?

I love the ‘Don’t Care’ responses to Yes/No/Don’t Care Surveys. You can just imagine some folk… ‘I don’t care so much that I’m going to respond more than once to make my point’ 😂I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -

Everyone is entitled to leave their feedback be that on the community, to our energy specialists direct or on Trustpilot. You don't have to give us a Trustpilot review however, we send the survey so it's there if people would like to leave us feedback, but it's not essential. It's always good to get feedback though, it doesn't matter if it's good or constructive we take it all on board as it all helps us to improve our service for our customers 😊
