I am no longer getting usage information in my E.on Next app. Frustrating, as I only have a SMETS1 meter and can’t get an IHD (I’ve tried purchasing one but it apparently won’t work with my meter). My reading was automatically sent on 28 October, so it was working then. Apparently, it is a know issue that is happening to many customer’s at the moment and it’s being worked on. Is anyone else having the same problem? It really is the worst time for this to happen. It’s frustrating that E.on Next won’t help me get real-time data but to lose this as well is really frustrating!
It's because it's the start of the month, it happens every month. It seems to take 5 to 6 days at the start of each month for anything to appear, presumably because it needs a minimum day, maximum day and the average.
I can appreciate the annoyance. I don't have or want any smart metering - but I can easily monitor my consumption (in kWh or cu metres) from my meters. You can do the same. With a bit of maths you can get to approximations of bills.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

Thank you. I have a spreadsheet already for that but I just want access to the previous day’s data. My meters aren’t the easiest to get to.

Thank you Andy! That is good to know. I haven’t looked at the beginning of the month before. Fingers crossed it starts coming through in a few days
