Sorry, I can’t help with the phone number but it can take a couple of weeks to get a reply to an email or WhatsApp etc so as long as your issue isn’t urgent you should eventually get a reply if you’re able to wait it out.

I live abroad and the 0808 no. Does not work and no answers from social media channels…

Social media channels are taking a lot of traffic right now. You will get an answer eventually, but will need to be patient.
The problem with freefone/toll free numbers is that they only work within the UK as the owner of the number effectively pays for the call charges. This is not usually possible when the call originates from outside the UK as there is no way of attributing costs between the UK telcos and the overseas ones. That is to say, they can't pay for the international part of the call. There is a service that allows you to run a number to see if it is just a freefone 'front' for a regular number which you can use from overseas, but unfortunately EON.Next don't appear to have a non-freefone number that I can track down. The WhatsApp number should work, as will social media channels, but they are taking a while to respond.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
