I have just topped up my gas card and put it into the meter but nothing happens. The screen doesnt light up. I have no fault codes and if i press th A button it says i have credit. Just wont accept or register that a card has been entered. I have cleaned the card but stil get nothing

Sorry to hear that. Most here are other customers so we can't fix this for you. It's customer services you need I'm afraid.Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -

you say you have credit. Is that just existing credit on the meter or did it actually apply your top up, even if the meter didn't appear to do anything?

Level 103-11-22Sorted it. Had to have a new meter fitted. They came out within 2 hours off calling them and changed it. Thanks -
