As an E7 customer you're more than likely going to be better off overall on the new rates because of the lower Night rate. They will have increased the standing charge simply because they can.
Although you're probably in a different pricing region to me your new prices are similar to mine (Next Flex).
Your tariff has been amended in line with the price cap, as a result your Day rate has gone up a bit, but as I said earlier your overall gain is in the Night rate.
