Have you checked your emails at all? Be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well. You'll be looking for an email with the subject line "together, we can make energy better"
Depending on how long you've been opted in to marketing communications from us, these emails will have been sent on either the 22nd September or 25th November

@PeterT_EONNext I understand about the marketing side of things and that this has been on the news etc, however many of us don't watch or follow the news to have seen this. I only found out eon next had signed up as a result of a Google result about something else.
Mentioning it on the website home page doesn't help when that's not the first page you see when you click through on your bill notification.
I'm signed up for marketing now, which I hate, but if it's the only way to possibly get on board next time then so be it.
