    My direct debit won't be collected as the monthly credits are being applied to my account but I'm going to manually make some additional payments to keep me topped up over the winter and for when my renewal is due in February.

    @UKDave51 - You're absolutely right - that's not how it should work so this email shouldn't have been sent to you.

    Can you confirm if you log in online what it says from this afternoon/evening? It should say something like £0 going forward until March, or something to that effect.
