Just to let you know...
If the screen is blank or showing a message such as 'error', 'call help' or 'battery', there's probably a fault with the meter. Tell your supplier straight away or you could be left with no energy.
If your electricity or gas has already stopped, your supplier has to send someone to repair or replace the meter.
I noticed that you mentioned you'd tried to get in touch but not had a reply, when you do get in touch please state fully that 'Your off supply, this is an emergency' 'faulty meter' we'll then be able to prioritise for you and get in touch as quickly as possible. 😊'The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members’

I think you will need to contact customer service with this ASAP. There are many methods in the link below but I would be on the phone and hanging on until I got through.
Be warned that you will need to be patient as it could take a long time to get an answer.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -

I fully understand. I have just received a WhatsApp reply after two weeks but thankfully it wasn’t urgent.
Some have had a quick answer by phoning as soon as they open at 9am so it’s worth a shot. -
Definitely sounds like the meter has detected a fault and had to shut down the supply for safety reasons. It's pretty difficult to fix a gas meter in a Call Help state so it'll probably get replaced with a Smart Meter.Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

I think we should advise all customers with issues of the existence of the service standards that they should expect. There is a specific section on meters.
