Does anyone know when we are meant to be getting the vouchers for a traditional prepayment meter? As of today I have still not received anything and from what I can gather, we should have received them? Is anyone else experiencing issues?
@Nicolapayton ive not received mine yet either im not sure if it were sent out a while ago and lost or just sent out recently and delayed in the mail hoping it arrives soon
You will need to speak to customer services, and my best advice is to hit the phone at 9am. You should be in a fairly short queue and not have to wait much longer than 25 minutes or so.
@Anasa_EONNext seems to be chasing up folks with 'voucher deficiency' so I've tagged her and let her know you're also in that position.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Have not received Octobers or Novembers yet, going to give it one more week then will be in touch with customer services
As for ringing customer services, i used a different number and eventually got through to someone two hours later
A little tip, when you call, make sure you have a few hours spare, put your phone on speaker, then go about your whatevers until someone answers,
Hopefully it will not be as long as a couple of hours!
Experience seems to suggest that the best times to try and get through on the phones are at 9am prompt, and again around 2pm. Waiting times are longer than we would like due to the sheer numbers of folks trying to contact EON.Next at the moment, because of everything that is happening right now.
Quick question. Are all your details up to date (name and address, etc.) on your account?
I'm assuming you have a conventional non-smart prepay meter, because if you have Smart Pay As You Go, you don't need a voucher, the credit is automatically applied to your meter.
I'll give @Anasa_EONNext another prod as she seems to be the one chasing up voucher issues.
@retrotecchie all my details are up to date. I have spoken with them numerous times and as of today, I haven’t received any vouchers. Not the October or November ones. It’s a joke
