I think I need to wait till I actually get a bill. I'm sorry to keep coming back but I find it hard to understand some things these days. When I get a bill showing I owe them, and what the bill actually says re payment I will come back and hopefully say 'thanks, job done'

Sure. I know that there has been and still is confusion around fixed and variable DDs so I just wanted to be sure that when you deal with customer service or whatever that it’s Variable DD you want if you want the amount of the DD to be the same as your monthly bill.
Don’t be sorry about coming back, we all want this to be sorted so that you get what’s right for you. None of us knows everything but together we’ll get there in the end.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
