I'm trying to get through to EON about registering for a new energy account and getting new prepayment cards. Like others, I'm struggling to get through. I've tried WhatsApp as well but no response.
However, both meters are now on emergency credit. What can I do to get new prepayment cards sent out? Or would it be quicker to register with another energy company?
You need to set up an account with E.On first and get them to provide the cards. You cannot change supplier until that's done I'm afraid.

have you managed to get in touch with our customer service team? We have two different options. Usually we can send a new card by post, or we can check where the closer shop is based from where you live and we can send a code to the shop for you to pick up the card.

@ShaneP I am sorry about that. We are not ignoring you. Our customer service is trying to go through the queries as quickly as they can. Have you tried to create an online account through the website ? This might help in speeding the process up.
