Hi I’m new to this forum 👋👋 I’ve been trying to contact EON about the feed in tariff of ☹️ 3 pence they didn’t reply to my email then I hear it’s all moved ! 😩😩 I did read that they are fobbing me/us off with “o it’s not us that set the rate it’s (forget who)” ! I feel that EON needs to take responsibility for this before I/we move our fit payments to another more fairer company!🥸🥸 So here’s hoping that these posts are monitored by EON .

Hey, 3p is 3p and it is important to get that 3p if you are owed it! I am sorry to hear that this matter resulted in a switch and I am sorry that we have been so hard to contact!

I have switched to octopus energy and they are now paying me 15p per KWh for energy ì export to the grid.
Yes it is nonsense about only being able to pay 3p and blaming that on Ofgem. Other companies pay more.
Switching to Octopus was very easy as they have done everything for me.
Hi Hannah is it not in the interest of EON to match what other companies are paying seeing as your price per unit is around double that! I am aware that you’ve probably checked that I have since changed my utilities supplier for that reason! So EON your move or I’ll move THE ENd !

I am afriad that is the case, if the team have provided you with a price then it will be that price and we cannot change things around.
