I have just received my £66 energy support voucher, does anyone know if this is correct, that I cannot split it between gas and electricity. I have to use all of it for either gas or electricity.

Level 218-10-22I had to take the voucher to the post office, that’s the only place that accepts the government support voucher, the post office lady told me I could not split it, £33 electric £33 gas I had to put it all the £66 on either gas or electricity. Now I am confused. -

Community Manager18-10-22@meldrewreborn I had this clarified by management in prepayment that you can choose to split the vouchers once you go to the post office - different suppliers do it in a different way so I doubt that it will be in official government legislation but this is what EON Next are doing, not sure why @Blamb was not able to do it when they went to the shop 😊
