It's a tough gig right now, Customer Services, and I don't envy anyone in that game at the moment.
Please folks, understand that everything is a bit nuts right now and it might feel like you are being kept waiting or even ignored but you will get there in the end.
DebF, you are a star, a good'un, the proverbial leg-end, superhero and all round good egg, as I'm sure are the rest of the wonderful lads and lasses trying their best to help us all, but I feel you deserve a special mention for your efforts on my behalf.
