Can you post photos please just so I can check something? I'm pretty sure the meter is probably dead though, so you'll need to request an Emergency Meter Exchange - which may result in a smart meter upgrade.
If you need power now and are on the Priority Services Register, call 105. Your DNO can get you back on-supply temporarily.Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

Bet they have a meter that works though do u know if my electric will just cut off how long will it go before my electric runs out?

If the display is dead, I'm afraid it's impossible to know. All I can say is that your supply could cut out at anytime without warning while the meter is in that state.

I'm sorry to hear that your meter display has gone blank after a power cut.
This isn't uncommon and we see this happening more or less every time a power cut occurs when you have a prepayment meter. The meter shouldn't go off whilst it's in this state as your meter has moved into what we call 'free vend mode'.
It may be a little difficult to get through on the phone right now, so you may need to wait, or contact us via one of the other methods found here
Please note, as the meter should be on and giving you a supply, this will require a standard appointment being booked with you to replace the meter at a future date, an emergency appointment will of course be offered if you're off supply (though this shouldn't be the case)
If you're off supply, the best way to get in touch is via Facebook, Twitter or Whatsapp - if you mention that your supply is off, someone will help you as soon as possible.Last edited by PeterT_EONNext; 17-10-22 at 12:55.
