I can only imagine they're ignoring me as they don't want to refund my credit of £300? The property is empty and the total bill comes to around £25 per month. I'd like to get the credit in my account withdrawn.

I've emailed 4 tiimes over the past month to both the Hi@eonnext.com and Hellobusiness@eonnext.com but I'm getting nothing back. Yes I've checked junk/spam/quarantine and there is nothing.

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

I have emailed them at the unhappy@eon too and its a black hole. Had some replies to my post but their staffing levels clearly not upto the job at the moment. Someone said they were taking 7ish days to get back to people on queries so i thought perhaps i might get some joy shortly but your post suggests we are all just piss*** in the wind.

Unfortunately, it is taking longer for us to get back to you and I am really sorry about that. Our Energy Specialists are not ignoring you and they will be able to respond to you as soon as they get to you.
Have you tried other routes? Our phone number is: 0808 501 5200 and our lines are open 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday, and then 9am-4pm on a Friday. We are however operating between 8am-10pm 365 days a year on WhatsApp.
