Still no vouchers, and I’m going to run out of electricity sometime today!
Tomorrow will be the start of the 3rd week of October. The money was given out by the Government on the 1st, I think it’s disgusting how long it’s taking, not forgetting people on pre-payment meters are the ones who need or most.
I suppose I’m left waiting in the dark. I haven’t anyone around me to ask for help to get more electric until the vouchers arrive. Don’t even know if they are even coming to be honest as never had any post from Eon as have a pre payment key meter. It’s terrible being left like this when the Government is there
Hey @rosast 👋🏻 have you had your credit? It should go on to your key straight away. When you take your voucher to the post office they need to credit your key with the £66 by popping it in the machine just like they do with the warm home discount vouchers. If they don’t do this there is no way for the meter to know you have a credit as it’s they key that sends the message to the meter.
You should have had a top up receipt from the post office too.

Worst company ever , impossible to get an answer , everyone i know with other suppliers have had theirs, makes you question why are Eon holding onto them so long
From my understanding, blame the postal strikes. If the vouchers are already in the post, you'll get them soon. If you want to get the credits faster next month, Smart Meters are the way to go.
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...
