I am sorry to hear that people are waiting on their vouchers, I do understand how frustrating this can be and if I could hand deliver them myself; I certainly would!
@JoeSoap has kindly pointed out, there is a bit of a wait for them this month, and people can expect them from the middle of October. But we have seen them arriving to customers today 😁 so hopefully they could be any day now.
If this has put you in a vunerable place, and you do need some support please do reach out to us 👉 hereor perhaps have a look over this threadfor any advice.

What your saying is their waiting till the last possible day to pay people who meed it the most, dont understand why you defend them so much joe
I actually think that those on prepayment meters should receive their vouchers at the same time as everyone else gets their accounts credited, if not before. All I ever point out to anxious customers who are wondering if they will ever receive their vouchers is that their are government guidelines to be followed and there is still time for them to get them in the post.
Perhaps the government could have made prepayment customers more of a priority and perhaps Eon Next could have expedited the issue of vouchers better. We will probably never know.
Will all due respect have you actually tried getting hold of anyone at EON literally mission impossible, i hope people arnt struggling because you have made a mess of this voucher , 99% of people i speak to have had theirs, and you leave prepayment meters till last day you can, knowing full well that these are the people who will likely struggle the most as when the meter is empty thats it not heat not energy, its a disgrace how you have handled it and left people who are desperate waiting and waiting , not good
Just posted how pre payment customers were the ones who needed it most and the ones left until last. And yes we are struggling, will be out of electricity myself at some point today, with no sign of any vouchers!
