Has anyone else moved into a property with solar panels and have to change ownership !! I sent all paperwork etc after calling, emailing and texting for months !!! The service is terrible and they ow me for 10 months of solar panel payments!!! I call up and they have told me they haven’t got my reading for September( very convenient) I now have to wait until December!!!! Liam on the phone was terrible and not helpful at all !!! Someone help

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Did you manage to get this sorted? Usually what happens if the reading window is missed, you would be paid in the next window (so long as you provide a reading within the window dates.) As it is paid from reading to reading you shouldn't miss out on any money, it just means that you won't be paid until the next window so you would get a bigger payout next time!

They have done all the transfer but, they have said they have not received my reading from September, which I 100% logged as it was the first window I could log a reading . When I called today, the advisor said they didn’t have my reading from September, and I have only been given a refund amount for march to April. This was 134 pounds so, they owe my quite a lot of money !! They sent me a statement and they still have it in the wrong name !!! The service is just an absolute joke!! No one takes ownership. They quite happy to call me when they want money for electric however, not so helpful when they owe me money !!
I have just logged a complaint. Don’t hold out much hope though as , Liam today said he would raise a complaint however, it’s a business decision as to whether they deal with it !!!! Great service
You can pursue a complaint right through to the ombudsman if it isn’t dealt with and you don’t agree a resolution I believe. It’s in the link I posted previously.

I still haven’t received my payments!! Not only that. They have told me they didn’t receive my reading for September on line therefore, are only paying me from march to April !! When I call they are useless and don’t seem to care. So unfortunately I can’t really help you as they haven’t helped me one bit .
