Does anybody know if EON is still functioning as a business? Just bought a house and unfortunately EON is the supplier - I have no choice but to join them but I can seem to get hold of anyone - even the complains line plays a pre recorded message and cuts you off - any ideas?
Be patient - while you have energy supplies what is the problem? You have readings from moving in day, I presume, and unit prices are now fixed for 2 years. And at the moment they can't bill you . I'd send them an email -so you have proof of your attempt to contact them and wait.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

Did people get this solved? I have the same problem in that we moved to a house supplied by this company and we cannot get hold of anyone to transfer the account to my name.
