I'm about to move from my electric only address to one where I need gas as well. I have done the transfer on moving home but can't see where I can get gas supplied as well. Am I missing something?

You'll need to sign up for gas when you've moved in. Probably best to talk to customer service in this case.Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

@DaveH Good morning! it's great to have you here! I hope that your home move went well, we can get the gas sorted out for you but it's something you'll have to contact a Digi Energy Specialist about if there has never been a gas connection there we'd need to get a new connection installed.
The quickest way to get hold of an energy specialist is WhatsApp we're quite busy at the moment so can take a few days to get back to you, alternatively you can give us all but there might be a little wait time.

I have the same issue! I don’t have any choice on the plan. Plus, I don’t know why there are 2 accounts for the same address and we even settled a bill for the period before the start of our tenancy. However, the situation is getting very frustrating quickly. We received 3 bills within a week! I tried to contact E.on of the duplicate accounts but no feed back yet. What should I do? I can’t keep paying double🫠🤪
