Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I've just bought a property with Eon Next as the provider again. I'm getting the property ready to be rented out and I'm trying to register another new account for this property. Also will need to send meter readings of electricity and gas when the new tenant moves in. How can I do all this when no one answers calls, emails, Whatsapp and Facebook??? Help! Help! Help!
You need to set up a temporary Landlord account at the property for now. Once a new tenant moves in, contact customer service and let them know you have a tenant in the property. Providing a copy of the signed tenancy agreement will help to ensure that you can authorise and authenticate the request. This will close your account and enable the new tenant to sign up.

I've used my email to register for this forum and I see my email is already registered to an Eon account of one of my rented properties. How do I register multiple Eon accounts to my email and then how do I register that as a Landlord account? Thanks.
The last time I just rang and someone helped me. I then submitted a final meter reading when my tenant moved and then they emailed me a final closing bill. But with no one answering the phone now, this is impossible.
Simply use the same email address to register an account at all the properties and the system should link them up. I'm afraid you will need to phone up to set up those accounts though under the current circumstances.

If multiple properties with just one supplier is causing difficulties, then switching to a different supplier might help.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
That's not the problem. The problem is that there's no one to talk to and no one replying me. It's like the company has gone dead?? That's the problem.
So the their contact for me is just letters with The Occupier as the name. What if a new tenant comes in? What if the tenant leaves and doesn't pay the latest bill?
