Can anyone tell me the approximate On/Off timings for overnight supply with Eco7?

I believe it can vary by region. My meter is set for approx 00:00 GMT - 07:00 GMT

But, if you haven't got a smart meter, you need to check the clock on the meter because the time even on the electronic ones drifts. The meter may have the E7 on off times printed on a label in it too. The clock on the mechanical one we had before we got it moved some years back, got so far out for a while we had economy 7 during the evening, and before I noticed, I'd been putting all my appliances on timeswitches in the middle of the night when I was being charged for day rate.

I'm on Eco 7 in the Yorkshire region The overnight timing is 00:30 to 07:30 but during British Summertime (now) it shifts an hour forward to 01:30 to 08:30 because
my meter stays at GMT all year round.

If you had read the guide linked to in @JoeSoaps rely above yours, you would not have needed to post at all. We regular volunteers put effort into providing full and accurate information for others to refer to. It's so frustrating when other posters ignore correct answers previously given.

Hi and thanks for the link to information. I've only just joined the forum and tried a few search terms and Eco7 produced a few results. I can't see any sticky threads on the forum and the search engine appears limited so your original post didn't show up. Perhaps this is an area where the community forum could be technically improved unless I missed the obvious?

For what it's worth @DaiB search engines on Community Forums are generally useless and this forum is no different. If I search for "Economy 7 times", the link to the thread that @JoeSoap has posted comes up 10th in the list. Above it in the list are 4 threads with Economy 10 in the title, a thread titled "Really confused" and other threads that don't contain economy 7 anywhere in the title.
