Does anyone know if there is any discount (or fixed rate) available to households receiving DLA? My son has a health condition which means we have medical devices on charge constantly. A friend of mine rang and got her tariff fixed just because her kids are 4 and under?!
You may be able to get this type of support if you chat with customer service about it. :)
