As your vouchers won’t work now you will probably be best to contact customer service to ensure that your EBSS payments are credited to your meter. You can contact them by any means shown in the link below but you will need to be patient as they are overwhelmed at present…

All of our Smart Pay As You Go customers started receiving their EBSS payment to their electricity meters on Friday, your account might not have registered this, with you having yours installed on the same day.
We're aware that there will be a cross-over for some having their meter changed to Smart Pay As You Go whilst the EBSS payments are going through. Due to this, if you receive a voucher due to this cross-over, you'll be able to use the voucher still by redeeming this alongside the barcode (available on the app/your online account) to have the payment applied to your Smart Pay As You Go Meter, you'll still need to do this in-store like you would have with your key meter.Cool 😎 Calm 😌 Collected 🙌 - Here to help, or just for a chat if you like!

I have visited 3 Post offices. All have told me cannot be done with the barcode and they need the key, which obviously I no longer have as my smart meter was installed 30/9/22.
I tried phone, WhatsApp and email to question this with eon next.
I am losing the will to live.
I had budgeted for the payment for this month -
