I am wiritng because I realise that my energy account is no longer active when I tried to submit my meter reading with a dialog.
I went to the app to check my tarrif and I have this message "You do not appear to be on an active tarrif right now". The credit balance on my account has also been paid into my account.

Yesterday I received a mail from the post addressed to the "Occupier" of my address with a new Account number.

Upon further checks on my profile, I realised that my address has been changed to some strange address.

For the records, I have neither requested for an address change nor terminate my energy contract. So, however this kind of a mixup happened at your end, do well to correct it.

I look forward to a quick resolution.

The reason I came here is that I have tried for over 3days to get a whole of the @Han_EONNext via phone, email, and every other means possible, twitter, whatsapp, trustpilot, etc. but no response. At least if they see it here maybe they would respond.

Just trying another way to get in touch.
