@andydragon eon next costumers service told me after my smart gas meter stopped working they don't know when it's will be fixed. Hands down. I was put complaint against not working smart meter and they traying to close it's how a buissnes decision because it's can't be fixed by them but by DCC which is third party company. Radicilus excuse. How i costumers we can't make complaint to DCC only supliler can deal with it. Crazy
its about priorities. something like 14,000 new meters are installed every day. The priority is on fitting new meters , not getting current ones operating properly.
The DCC may be the location of the problem, and until they are subject to aervice standards backed up by penalties for failure nothing will improve. the DCC is publicly owned but not publicly accessible . Penalties should also apply to suppliers who fail to get meters and in home displays working properly. But at the moment both can act with impunity because few take their cases to the ombudsman. You can and should pursue this.
