@Vicksoni i am in the same position as you. a pre pay meter and key have received nothing . if they dont pay out like all the other electric companys have i will go to the goverment site and ofgem to report it . . why are vouchers not distribhted in the 1st week like all the other payments. i dont understand why they havnt paid their customers
I’ve seen a number of similar posts. There seem to be two issues whether vouchers have or will be issued and then is the correct customer going to get them? The logical answer to the latter would be that they would be sent to the address logged against the meter, irrespective of the name of the customer. But perhaps @Beki_EONNext or @PeterT_EONNext could enlighten us.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
I’m a dual fuel customer and previously was able to split the credit, via the E.on app, between my electric and gas meters, which helped a lot when I received my warm home discounts. The facility isn’t available on the E.on Next app, so have just called them to ask why, only to be told they’ve withdrawn that service, which is a pain because I was really hoping to split the £66 I received on Friday evening! My brother is with British Gas, he was able to do so, my sister is with Bolt Energy, she was able to too… Time for a change me thinks!!
If you have traditional prepayment meters as opposed to smart prepayment meters then a post in another thread seems to suggest you can split your vouchers between both meters. See full post here.
@JoeSoap Unfortunately I have smart prepayment meters, so can’t split! As we speak, I’m currently researching energy suppliers to see who gives the best customer satisfaction and so far, E.on aren’t looking too good!!
@Vickson
I know how you feel. I have also emailed them to no avail. Eon's attitude to their customers needs to change. I'm tempted to drop a line to Martin Lewis and see what he thinks.
