I have had no smart meter readings uploaded to Eon Next since April 16th 2022. I am a previous npower customer who was automatically migrated to Eon Next. I had sent a support request on this but this has been languishing with no update at all for months now.

This means your meter should automatically send readings to your supplier, so you don't need to send them yourself.
It's working in smart mode because you have a first generation (SMETS1) meter that’s on the smart meter data network. The network connects your smart meter to energy suppliers.
... so I think the issue is not waiting for the DCC migration. I work away a lot so naturally I only remember to even send one when I am away, so having this fixed now is something that is getting pretty urgent for me.
my IHD looks to be connected fine to the box outside as the current meter readings match.

Suggests to me the hardware is working fine so it must be a data problem between DCC and EON Next? I have installed the bright app yesterday but still waiting for the data to show up on it before I can confirm if DCC has my information or not.

Should the EUI on the Bright app match the MAC on the Trilliant unit? Both are 16 characters hex. I can see matching EUI numbers on the meter itself but not the Trilliant module. My last smart reading was April 16th and Bright app says these were commissioned April 27th, so timing check outs for the loss of automatic uploads.
I guess it's not uncommon for the these autofixes to be months before applying?
As I mentioned earlier I downloaded the Bright app, but no data was being downloaded the days after installation so just forgot about. I booted up earlier today and it looks like the data is getting online. Must be a disconnect between DCC and Eon Next? My smart meter reading was around 16th of the month which has passed so it doesn't seem to have been re-established.
Ohhhhhh right, Trilliant Hub. Of course! I'm really sorry @Soup this is kinda my fault. I should have told you sooner that there's a bug with those comms hubs right now which messes up access for DCC Other Users like Hildebrand. Sorry about that!
