I have looked into your account and tried to communicate with your smart meter and it's not communicating. I have sent a form off to the metering team to get back to me, however, this could take up to three months. I advise you submit regular monthly meter readings for now while our metering team looks into it remotely. I understand this defeats the purpose of smart metering and can be frustrating but it will only be while we're fixing it in the background.

@theunknowntech - Just a thought, I have Philips Hue lights (works on Zigbee). I know Zigbee is clever, but would this interfere with the Zigbee signal from the Smets 2 Meters?
Nah, should be fine. ZigBee has Channel Agility and literally tons of Channels to pick from. Your Philips Hue kit will have absolutely no trouble at all staying out of the way of the Smart Meters.
