Hi, I know this has probably been asked before, apologies for the repetition.
The usage on my eon.next app stopped working on 01/10/22. The IHD also stopped working and is no longer connected to my meter. The Wi-Fi symbol is no longer on the unit, just a dot. I can’t even restart the IHD as it just won’t let me. Is there anything I can do myself to fix these issues? Will they resolve soon by themselves? My IHD unit a Smartview 2.
My App was also showing no data but now has elect but no gas. Maybe just being a bit slow coming through.
As for the IHD, @theunknowntech normally advises (may pop by on seeing the tag) and has produced an article here. He has a dim view of Smartview 2 IHDs.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Yeah, I'm afraid I've given up trying to help with the SV2. As soon as I fix one for someone, it just breaks again a day later!

Thanks for the advice. I shall wait a little longer for the app to update. After reading about the experiences of other smartview 2 users, I won’t hold my breath.
