Never had an issue with my metre before, all seems a bit coincidental that this started yesterday too.
My prepayment metre isn’t topping up
-
Just wondering if anyone else was having problems with their prepayment smart metres. I’ve spoken to a few advisors now but not getting much help. I’m crediting my account thru the app but the money isn’t showing on my smart metre.

This is a known issue and for now you will have to top up via entering your UTRN code into the meter(s) keypad 🤗 - please do have a read over our this if you do need more support with it.🌍 Striving for a bigger, better and sustainable world!

This doesn’t sound good. By ‘a few advisors’ do you mean you’ve contacted customer service about this, more than once, and not gotten any useful help?
We on here can have a stab at things but in this instance would probably advise you to contact customer service.
I hope someone here can help otherwise you’ll be going around in circles. Sorry about your predicament.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
Yeah I’ve called a few times, been passed around a fair bit. This is the first time I’ve ever had any problems with E.on to be fair but they aren’t being very helpful. Thanks for you help I’ll call them again tomorrow. Just seemed a bit coincidental with all this going on

You could be right and the current tariff changes etc. may have disrupted your top-up process on the app but I’m sure CS could have come up with a solution.
Good luck with it.
